AI Native Conf: Terms and Conditions
Updated DEC 12, 2025
We’re excited to have you join us! Whether you’ll be attending in person or tuning in online, these terms help set the stage for a smooth, enjoyable experience. Anyone who signs up or takes part in a Flagship Summit is considered an Attendee. By completing your registration, you’re confirming that you’ve read these terms and conditions, and are ready to make the most of the event.
From time to time, Together AI may update these terms to keep everything current and clear. Whenever changes are made, the latest version will be posted on the event website. By joining the event after any updates are live, you’re letting us know that you’ve reviewed the new version and agree to the updated terms.
Let’s get started!
1. Event Registration
To join the event, you’ll need to complete the registration process using a valid email address. Registration may close once capacity is reached, so we encourage you to sign up early. By completing your registration, you agree to follow these terms and conditions.
Event details may be updated as the program is finalized. Your registration is not considered complete until you receive a confirmation email. If anything seems unusual during registration, such as an error message or missing confirmation, you are responsible for reaching out to the event team to confirm your status.
Registration may also be processed through a third-party platform. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to the platform’s terms and conditions and privacy policy, which will be made available to you during the registration process.
2. Attendance
Whether attending in person or virtually, attendees are expected to participate respectfully and follow all event guidelines, staff instructions, venue rules, and applicable laws.
Some sessions or activities may have limited capacity or require additional sign-up. Access to these areas is not guaranteed and may depend on availability.
Together AI reserves the right to revoke attendance without refund if an attendee violates these terms, including the Code of Conduct.
3. Code of Conduct
We aim to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment where all attendees can learn, connect, and collaborate. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior of any kind is not permitted.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Hostile, intimidating, or discriminatory language
- Inappropriate physical contact or unwanted attention
- Sexualized images, gestures, or comments
- Stalking or intimidation
- Behavior or content that disrupts or harms the event experience
These expectations apply throughout the event, during sessions, networking events, virtual interactions, and online or social media communications related to the event.
If event staff asks you to stop certain behavior, you are expected to comply immediately. Any participant who violates this policy may be removed from the event without refund and may be restricted from future participation.
4. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously, and any information you share with us for event registration or participation will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. We encourage you to take a moment to review it so you understand how your personal data may be used. As part of making sure the event runs smoothly, we may reach out with important updates or logistical details.
To help attendees connect and to support event organization, we may create a list that includes the names, job titles, and organizations of registered participants. This list may be shared with the event team, speakers, sponsoring partners, and fellow attendees. It’s designed to support coordination and engagement around the event and should not be used by anyone for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
If you engage with exhibitors or sponsors, such as by visiting a booth, scanning a badge, or requesting follow-up, certain registration details may be shared with those parties according to their own privacy practices.
You will have the option during registration to choose whether your information appears on this list. Opting out will not affect your ability to attend the event.
5. Photography & Recording
We love capturing the energy of our events. Portions of the experience may be photographed or recorded, which can include candid or group moments where attendees appear. By joining us, you understand that Together AI and its trusted partners may use these photos or videos in event recaps, promotional materials, or social media posts.
Virtual sessions may also be recorded and shared with attendees or used for educational or promotional purposes.
6. Health & Safety Requirements
To help protect everyone, the event may include specific health or safety policies. These requirements will be communicated before and during the event if applicable. All attendees must follow these guidelines.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund and may impact future attendance.
